Vacation Clubs vs. Timeshares
What is the difference between a vacation club and a timeshare?
Vacation clubs give you access to discounted vacation packages from a list of possible destinations and travel dates. The consumer pays an initial membership fee followed by monthly or yearly membership and maintenance fees. A timeshare is a single property you visit year after year, typically at a pre-determined dates throughout the year. You purchase the timeshare, then pay maintenance fees.
